That is a cabochon cut type of Sapphire which when lit with a strong light shows a 6 rayed star. His is a brooch/lapelpin surrounded by Diamonds. Discreet but said to attract much admiration. Hers is a custom made ocean midi convex ring in 18k red gold. The ring is worn daily and thanks to the wonderful materials it will last at least another 145 years.
